Makes no sense to get s9 from S8

Yeah, offers are nice, and if I don't have S8, I would probably buy S9 myself.
But...
I have bad experience with N8 and its "secure feature", which puts me in jail few times - till fix came up (OEM-gate).
It was a nightmare and I promised myself, that I won't buy pig in a poke anymore.
So, two conditions must be met, to put me in the mood I would consider an exchange:
- very nice offer from mobile operator
- confirmed there is any-gate no more

I am happy you guys are moving forward. That makes me smile and must say little jalous - normal I think.
